Joe Friel is a legendary coach in the biking world. This site is devoted mainly to bike racing and triathlons and has a wealth of great information. You probably can’t afford Joe’s personal training — he only trains four cyclists or triathletes per year, and he charges $10,000 for six months, paid in advance — but there is a lot of good free information on the site in his many years of blog posts.
